Oliver Twist



Charles Dickens was born in 1812.
He was a writer; his most famous novel is Oliver Twist. This novel is a Charles Dickens autobiographical, like him Oliver Twist had an unhappy childhood.
The novel is about an orphan boy called Oliver Twist.  
We read an extract of this story in class.
In this extract Oliver decides to go to London to escape the people he lives with.
On the seventh morning of walking he arrives to Barnett. In this town he meets a strange boy.
The boy helps Oliver to go to London.
